When we play in-house with our talent sometimes we come up with amazing things. This is a classic example of research for functionality while trying to use a cost effective solution for spacing issues. Be it used for home or office purposes, the modular office storage equipment is a flexible and smartly designed solution that adapts to space requirements. Built from plastic polymers, it comes in lightweight customizable modules that can be used accordingly to everyone’s needs. The shelf concept provides a fresh and modern approach to similar common wood based products on the market, with it’s perfect shapes that mold around the objects and the possibility for redesign on the fly to match any setting you might have in mind.

Another exotic industrial design concept from the Okapi creative shop, the “Plastic is fantastic” armchair-sofa. We live in an world dominated by practicality and efficiency, the product serves as an icon for this mentality. It is built from solid plastic (the white part) and covered with a smooth, elastic, rubber texture (the orange part). The ingenuity of the concept stands in the simple way you can combine different pieces to redefine the spacing of a room. It makes its wonders when used in many pieces, for example in clubs or coffee shops.

We are not trying to be architects, we are concept designers. We imagined how a cozy, near the beach, summer house should look like and gave it shape thinking of a small land surface but with good use of space, natural light, small costs but modern appearance.

Building details: width-6m, length-10m, height-5,30m / 60sqm habitable space + 24sqm terrace.
1st floor: livingroom-30sqm, kitchen-6,5sqm, bathroom-5,5sqm
2nd floor: bedroom-18sqm + interior bridge that connects the living room, the bedroom and the terrace.
